Return Policy

24-hour window

All refund requests must be filed within 24 hours of purchase. After that, the transaction is final — no money or credits will be returned.

Proof required

You must provide proof of purchase and a valid payment receipt (screenshot of the Discord transaction + UPI/payment confirmation).

How to request a refund

  1. Open a ticket in our Discord server within 24 hours of your purchase.
  2. Attach a screenshot of the original Discord purchase confirmation.
  3. Attach the payment receipt (UPI, bank transfer, etc.).
  4. Briefly describe the issue (broken file, wrong item, duplicate charge, etc.).

What is NOT refundable

  • Any purchase older than 24 hours.
  • Credits redeemed via coupon codes (these were never paid for).
  • Products that were correctly delivered and functional but you no longer want.
  • Resources reported broken without reproducible evidence.
  • Buyer's remorse, accidental purchases acknowledged after the 24-hour window, or chargebacks.

Refund decisions

All refund decisions are made by BLOCK MART administration and are final. Approved refunds may be issued either as restored credits or, in rare cases, returned funds via the original payment method.

Questions

For any purchase or refund inquiry, the only supported channel is our Discord ticket system. Email or social media DMs are not monitored.
