1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BLOCK MART (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Catalog & Ownership

All resources listed on BLOCK MART are curated and managed exclusively by the BLOCK MART administration team. Users cannot upload, edit, or remove catalog content. Ownership of digital goods is granted only after successful payment confirmation by an administrator.

3. Credits

Credits are an internal balance used to purchase resources. Credits have no real-world monetary value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and cannot be exchanged back for currency. Credits may only be obtained by:

• Redeeming a valid coupon code issued by an administrator.
• Direct purchase via Discord, where an administrator manually loads credits to your account after verifying your payment.

Credit balance is a protected field. Only administrators (and the coupon-redemption system) may modify it.

4. Purchases

All purchases are completed via the BLOCK MART Discord server. Clicking a purchase button on the site redirects you to Discord. Resources are delivered to you through a download link after credit deduction.

5. Account Conduct

You are responsible for activity under your account. Sharing accounts, attempting to bypass credit checks, forging proof of purchase, or otherwise abusing the system will result in suspension and credit forfeiture.

6. Refunds

See our Return Policy for full refund details. In short: no refunds after 24 hours from purchase.

7. Disclaimer

BLOCK MART is not affiliated with Mojang, Microsoft, Discord, Pterodactyl Software, or any other third party. All product names and trademarks are property of their respective owners.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
